Where do You deliver?

Around the world except some countries (please see below). There are cases when delivery will be too long or even impossible, then we will contact you and resolve this issue. If you have questions about delivery to your country/city, please contact us.

Where don't You deliver?

Russia, Belarus, Iran and North Korea.

How long do I have to wait for my Order?

Typical we ship orders during 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure. We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address and shipping time, at our discretion. We want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery time

Usually delivery takes 10 days from the date of order. In some cases, delivery may take longer. Anyway, by the track number of the parcel, you can always find out where your parcel is.

Taxes and Duties

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because different countries have their own rules.

Shipping Fees

Free delivery on orders over €125. In other cases delivery to anywhere in the world costs a fixed price — €10. Almost always, the actual cost of delivery is higher than this amount, but so far it is easier for us to arrange parcels this way. Perhaps in the future we will make the division by region, but for now, please enjoy our low-cost international shipping.

 

Returns

You can return your order within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. Аnd therefore please contact us and specify: return causes and product photos, if it is damaged or defective.

We will pay you back the full price of the order reduced by associated costs once we have ensured that the product's appearance, properties and factory labels have been preserved. The delivery costs paid during placement the order are non-refundable in case of return of product.
